This is due to the presence of milk tooth that isn't allowing the permanent tooth to grow in its place. If the milk tooth are mobile then let your child have fruits like guava apple from the front teeth then the milk teeth will exfoliate. What is your child's age? If the milk tooth have no movement

Hello sir.. This is happening due to retained primary/milk tooth.. Once the primary tooth is no longer present the permanent will migrate labially spontaneously.
Next Steps
If the primary tooth is mobile allow the tooth to exfoliate on its own. However if the tooth is not mobile then the primary tooth should be extracted

Hello I am Pedodontist from Panchkula. Dont worry this is a phase of development of teeth. if the lower mandibular teeth are mobile then make him eat hard things like apple guava they will themselves come out. if they arent mobile then visit a pedodontist. the lower deciduous teeth need to be extracted now where permanent has erupted
