Hi sir, it’s not due to calcium deficiency... but it’s something called early childhood caries.. d teeth become white patches than turn into yellowish grey than break.. he required treatment for his front tooth..
if u explain me in detail, from when the swelling is.. I can suggest u treatment .. it needs immediate treatment.. also his other teeth also would have been affected with decay..so kindly get checked asap
