Surely, you can get your smile designed. Smile designing is a very customised procedure. Please visit a cosmetic dentist and get your smile analysis done. In fact before starting your final treatment, your dentist can even show you a mock up smile, that is like test driving your smile. Cheers !

Most of times teeth are forwardly placed which give apperance of longer looking teeth that doesn't mean you ask for reducing them that can lead to sensitivity later. I would suggest you to first visit orthodontist nearby then decide.
