You need to go for detailed evaluation for proper diagnosis and then following the steps according to the diagnosis and suggestions given for the same. It’s all about thought process and in language of psychiatric it is chemical imbalance.

Hello! Well, your mind and your body are not two separate entities! They're both right, and both have given you two separate ways of looking at the same problem. It could be a chemical imbalance and at the same time a flawed pattern of thinking.
