Depressed may be
I am feeling extremely negative, i am having problems with memorising things i am feeling weak physically and all i think is to end this boring life but dont have the guts to do that i dont have any beliefin my ability and always tries to think about my negatives blaming myself my mother had a history of depression and every one in my family say i would also have that in future i am afraid tired and a bit confused i want an expert advice in my love life too can you help me?

It is not necessary that you go into depression just because your mother had; provided you work on yourself by living your life  to the fullest happiness which is absolutely in your hands. Set goals to your personal and professional life and work on priorities. Embrace happiness; once you do this you will attract positive people around you and that make a big difference. Now you haven't discovered the talents and skills within you, thus feeling the vacuum and negativity that attracts negative people around you who will talk nothing but negativity only.  You have to choose what you want in life as the world is really beautiful and you have a long way to go and lots to do. Consult a Counselling Psychologist who will help you to identify all the negative feelings and deal with them and also to discover your strengths,  skills and talents. God bless

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately.
