I am UPSC aspirant. Health problems issue for long times . I could not crack UPSC till 2017. I àm feeling so frustrated. I have lost my confident.

Sorry to hear about your bad luck at exams. Failure can be devastating and frustrating and these feelings are normal. I suggest you take your mind off exams, etc for some time and distract with activities that you missed. Avoid making any snap decisions. When you feel more relaxed, it might be helpful to discuss your situation with friends or family. If nothing improves and you start to feel low and lose interest in everything, you might need professional help. I am not sure about health issues you have mentioned.
