Depression about family and unemployment
I am unemployed so I have to stay at home..My home sucks. My parents do not get along. My mother is really sweet but my father is a male chauvinist and treats my mother like his maid. When she refuses it's been months now that they are not talking. My mother keeps crying and father barely stays at home, lives in his own world. What should I do

Hello friend, does not sound like there is any medical issue with you. So no need to take any anti-depressant medications. I believe after you find employment and have a better social/environmental situation, your mood and outlook on life will gradually improve. We have all been through similar life problems. You are young and have your entire life ahead of you. No reason to be depressed. I am certain you have something to offer an employer. Best wishes.

Nothing to do. Our situations are our life challenges ..what we chosen prior our birth solely. All are in their own Karma realm. Good to let them solve their own. Be with your mother being a best listener. Stop reacting to all situations. Silence and patience does a lot. Bless all. You will be blessed too. Search a job suitable to you. Be independent on all level. Emotionally, financially, spiritually
