Der is nothing which produces zero side effects. Wateva v eat has both gud n bad effects.
Allopathic medicines r d most researched and hence d side effects r known to us. But d homeopathic ayurvedic medicines r also known to cause deleterious effect on d liver kidney n brain.
So be wise in making a treatment choice.
