Depression and anxiety
From last 1year , I am felling like their is no interest in life, low mood lack of concentration, for this my doctor had prescribed clomipramine 10 mg at morning and night but when i take this at night i don't get sleep , pls tell what to do?

Consult nearest Neuropsychiatrist ,or ask them to add sedative ,for initial days ,to get sleep ..doses has to increase ..for same..

Don't take at night, take 2 tablets in the morning.
But are your symptoms (low mood and low concentration) better with the meds?
