Depression and bipolar disorder. Tablet!

I have continued taking medicine from five months from nimhans Bangalore medicine named is lamitor dt 200 mg and nexito 30 mg in morning I have taken 50 mg lamitor dt and night time 30 mg nexito with lamitor 150 mg. But i have more feel of sleepy at day time and morning till 10 am i am sleeping and i have more difficulty to get up in the morning please tell me this is right time to take medication and please tell me this right combination of of this medicine please early reply bcz I have no relief my problem my intelligence is almost very and running thoughts always my mind bcz at this dose of medicine i have five months 200 mg lamitor and 30 mg nexito in morning 50 mg please tell me lamitor dt tablet
