Depression and fear
I work in Indian Overseas Bank as a Manager
for the past few months my mind is upset that i am going to get accident. Also i fear my 1 year old baby is going to fall from terrace.
sometimes i feel stressed at work and may not be able to concentrate on my job. Me and wife used to fight for silly reasons... All these make me depressed and my mind becomes upset.
kindly provide me a remedy for this

Hellooo...the thoughts going on in ur mind is all bcoz of d work load...its simple stress..stop thinking negatively..u tell me..how can a year old baby reach upto d terrace ?? & even if u r so much concerned..tell ur wife or attnedant to b always with him...for other fears also..dont worry...
