From last 1 year am facing anxiety and depression now the doctor had prescribed me fluvator 100mg in morning, pexep cr 25 at night after taking this for 15days my anxiety like fearness of own death has reduced, but concentration is affecting, my symptoms are lack of interest, lack of concentration, kindly suggest what can I do?

I would suggest to consult a Psychologist or Psychotherapist for your Anxiety and depression issues. Anxiety and depression is basically a Defence mechanism of your body to distract you from your painful uncomfortable emotions which you repressed unconsciously due to some negative experiences or traumas of your life. Medicines don’t cure anxiety or depression they can only help you manage your symptoms, so you can function well and feel better temporarily, for permanent solution you need to work on processing past traumas and negative emotions.
