Depression and stress
I have been observing below symptoms from past one year. I seriously want to get rid of these things but don't know how: # overthinking- always thinking about negative things, crying over negative things in life and thinking about past. # frequent mood swing- I have observed frequent mood swings, most of time I feel sad and I don't know the reason even. # overeating # always confused- can't make decisions on my own # loneliness # feel exhausted after doing small things # Scared of being into any kind of relationship, loss of interest in meeting people. # memory loss- I don't remember anything, what am I doing or what I did ?

Many of the things that you said looks like depression. The proper gauging can be done by a psychologist or psychiatrist. One year is a long time and you need to take psychiatric help to begin with and then you can work with CBT psychologist. What happens in session is it is a structured way of managing depression with proper action plan.

Your symptoms definitely reflect a state of depression and you will need professional help to overcome this. Please do consult a psychologist who may help you to identify why you have spiralled into these depths of negative emotions. The fact that you have been able to ask for help on this site and described your feelings in such detail is in a way a good sign. Take it a step further and visit a someone who is experienced in understanding and treating depression..
