Depression, anxiety, and ptsd symptoms
Since i was a child, i have anger problems. But i know i have a problem and over the years, i have tried to do everything to manage it and get control of it. it wasn't easy. it took me years then some times i can feel anger but i was able stop myself from acting on it.i felt peace, like i'm in control. i had that for several months. but, something happened. not physically, but emotionally. i lost that sense of peace after a betrayal from people close to me. but even after 4yrs, here i am.
