My friend is sufferin from mental health issues.After his breakup,he has poured himself into alcohol consumption.There were other issues in office,becoz of which he has become an alcohol addict.He suffers regular mood swings and most often loses his temper without any reason.I can see the symptoms of schizophrenia as well.He lives alone in his flat, and tried to commit suicide in several occasions.He thinks that the whole world is against him.He is not ready to see a doctor.Plz suggest and help.

If he's developed false belives of ppl conspiring against him den he has lost d awareness of his mental health n lost touch with reality. In medical terms it's called loss of insight. In dat case it's better to inform a trustable family member n get him admitted in the hospital against his will.
