Hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation that you are currently facing .  Stressors in life can cause distress which can lead to sleep issues and other associated symptoms . Try and practice deep breathing and meditation which will help clear the mind. Try and go for regular walks or exercises, spend time engaging in various activities with your close friends so that you are distracted.  It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for better understanding of your case and formulation of a treatment plan through regular psychotherapy sessions.  You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
Next Steps
consult a clinical psychologist

That may be because of anxiety or depression. You need to consult a experienced psychiatrist for detail evaluation so that the precise treatment can be given.
