Hello dear. As per your description it is likely you are suffering from a depressive disorder. As your psychiatrist has been looking after you for quite sometime now he will be a better judge for your medication needs. Howsoever, what you can do at your end is practice healthy lifestyle.
1.exercise daily- not just releases happiness producing chemicals, but also improves concentration, memory, stamina.
2.meditate daily- relaxation , pranayaam goes a long way in anxiety, mood management.
3. Eat & sleep healthy.
4.engage in social activities, recreational stuff despite being busy or not finding it interesting.
Hope this helps hood luck!
