I believe i had adhd which now matured into depression and anxiety.
Whenever I take depression medicines it makes me unstable. Doctors confuse with bipolar and often prescribe bipolar medicines . But they dont suit me. I want to try adhd as an addon to depression medicines

What the connection between adhd, depression, anxiety? From where you developed the concept that adhd can mature intp depression or anxiety. Are you a doctor? If you are finding it difficult to understand your symptoms than why don't you approach your doctor and ask him to make you understand. Doctor gave you medicine to help you, you can't change or stop those put of your own will. Professionals are there to help you in this regard too. Stop labelling yourself with different fancy names of mental disorders and go to a proper mental health professional.
