Depression anxiety
I have consulted a psychiatrist and she have prescribed two medicines anxipam-md and nexito 5. She also told me to follow up next time with one of my family member. But I am in no situation of telling this to anyone in my family right now. So whether I should start the medications yet or not.

Any psychiatric medications should be given under observation. So better to tell one your family members.. Psychiatry illness is as normal as other kind of illness. So don't have such stigma. If you have fever and you need to see your family physician, like that it's a routine check up.. So be free.
