Your description suggests that you are suffering from anxiety disorder. Try to identify your source of anxiety,thoughts which are bothering you. Over thinking is causing Heaviness. Think once and try to reach a logical goal. You are getting exhausted due to excessive thinking .If you can't sort out by yourself, consult a clinical psychologist.

Hey, you are certainly going through a rough phase. These are pointing to depressive symptoms but let us not label this as depression so quickly. It could resolve with easing social and personal circumstances. If it continues do see a psychiatrist. Make sure during this phase, stay occupied, be with people, follow a good diet, certainly a regular exercise regime for atleast 45 mins a day and a regular good sleeping pattern. It will help you long way.

Is there any issue st Office which is not resolved? ?? Or go u hv dome problem at home? !! Are things not happening at ur expectations and you are unhappy about that???? If any of the questions Answer is yes.  Then I suggest you to meet a counsellor and get resolved those issues.

You seem to be suffering from depressive symptoms but sometimes these symptoms could be just passing phase in reaction to a stressor. The history provided by you is insufficient. If you are having these symptoms for long and or if you are very much disturbed by these problems your problem can be easily managed by any good psychiatrist!
