Depression, Anxiety, Negative thoughts
I have been struggling with negative thoughts and anxiety for a long time now. I am unable to sleep well and concentrate on work. I have negative thoughts all the time and I am also not able to get myself on positive thoughts. I have social anxiety and unable to socialize as well. I do not have people I can talk to, or hang out with.

I DO NOT HAVE PEOPLE I CAN TALK TO In that case it would be best to talk to a therapist, who would not only listen to your problems, but also help you strengthen​ your mind with various tools and techniques. These techniques will not only help you deal with your social anxiety but help you think the way that benefits you Taking medication too is of utmost importance along with Counselling sessions

Hello there..... Take steps to control stress, to increase your resilience and boost your self-esteem. Reach out to family and friends, especially in times of crisis, to help you weather rough spells. Get treatment at the earliest sign of a problem to help prevent depression from worsening. Consider getting long-term maintenance treatment to help prevent a relapse of symptoms.... Consult your Psychiatrist they will do the needful.....
