For the past year, I have gradually become a depressed person with less n less positivity in me. I wanna be that health assuring person again instead of this irritated crazy person

Any young individual can have these depressive symptoms. In young females particularly do to hormonal changes and poor diet and sleep and stress these symptoms can worsen.

Kindly do regular exercises and yoga. maintain proper hydration and diet. Maintain a proper sleep schedule. Stay with family and friends. Go out rather than staying alone. Try to do things you like most. Spend time for yourself. Playing outdoor games also help
Health Tips
kindly check your thyroid and Haemoglobin levels. Just check you have any hormonal issues. They can worsen these symptoms. Wishing you all success
