Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately.

There is nothing in this world which don't have side effects even our daily foods..
So everything is decided on basis of benefits to risk ratio.. Allopathic are most researched medicines..Ayurvedic/Unani medicines are raw and naive..Homeopathic medicines are completely fake..This alternative medicine contain heavy metals and other ingredients which are not researched and which can cause serious side effects like Hepatic or Renal failure..Rest up to you to decide.
