Depression complete recovery
Is it really possible to recover completely from depression. I have it from last 6 years and still I'm not out of it completely. When I was in 11th class I started becoming dysfunctional coz I was a bright student and I thought of getting into a good college after 12th but coz of being in sports I failed in exam and then sports which started affecting me so much that I had suicidal thoughts and even after trying hard I wasn't able to concentrate at all which was easy for me, I didn't know what was happening to me. I was diagnosed with depression but meds didn't help me. I took Ayurvedic meds which made me 80% better so to become completely alright again I started allopathic and since then I have tried many but my condition doesn't become completely alright. Therapy is useless. I just want to know that do people recover completely after years of depression & lead a normal life?? I want ans from max docs(psychiatrists) plz, I don't want to die😞
