As per the complaints you mentioned it seems to be anxiety playing a role, but depression is too early to say and can be confirmed only after a specialist consultant.. medications if required will be of help.. also try doing morning exercise or yoga or meditation, it will decrease the intensity of anxiety.. you can learn relaxation exercise from a trained person..
