Hi They all look like symptoms of depression, sometimes people who have thyroid problems & other family problems & lack of proper daily activity also do have these symptoms.

Dear mam It is good that you are seeking help. Feeling low, hopelessness, low Energy levels, tiredness, disturbed sleep and appetite are all symptoms of depression. Please see a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation which will include a physical examination and blood test to rule out any physical cause like thyroid abnormality which can cause these symptoms. Management of depression usually consists of medications as well as psychological therapy. I am certain that you will feel better with right treatment and support. Try and maintain a daily schedule in which you Include pleasurable activities of your choice , go for regular exercise and deep breathing and meditation as it will all help with the negative thoughts process and also help elevate your mood. Try talking to a close family member or friend.
