Dear Sir Panic attacks can occur in a lot of mental health conditions like anxiety disorder or depression. Please see a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation and further management treatment of panic attacks usually consists of medications as well as psychological therapy.you will also benefit from certain relaxation techniques like meditation and yoga.
