Depression
From last 2 months I am very disturbed. I feel depressed most of the time and don't want to communicate with anyone. my blood pressure dropped to 96/65.I keep on doing things that are beyond my nature. Is it any serious health issue? Am I suffering from any mental problem? Actually the reason is that my ex has cheated me.We were in a long distance relat, ionship since 3 years and he is confused with what he should do.He ignores me like hell now.And I am not able to adjust myself now.Its becoming difficult.I tried everything to stay away of his thoughts. Deleted all memories, blocked every contact and we never had anything physical. But I am emotionally attached to him.and he is a play boy. Please tell me if this may lead to any mental disease?
