Depression
Hello, I'm a dental student, nowadays due to heavy work load and studies, I'm not able to concentrate on my studies, I keep on judging people and don't like talking with anyone. I like to be lonely. I logged out myself from social media. And one more problem is that besides feeling depressed I sleep daily for about 12 hours and I keep procrastinating my work. Shall I consult a psychiatrist for this?
