Hello, I've been having depression and anxiety. Also I suffer from Maladaptive Daydreaming (not considered as a disorder but addiction). I do get panic attacks 2-3 times a month and even more during exams.

Don't worry. You're probably going through what is called as, exam fever. It's quite normal. And it's okay. Please consider speaking to a professional counsellor or your parents.
