Depression, helplessess
I broke up with my boyfriend and am feeling very helpless. i go to office on weekdays and i just lay around on weekends. I feel like this pain is unbearable and seems that eveything is over and i am getting suicidal thoughts. What should i do?

Hi. I can understand you feelings that you have acquired after breaking up with your boyfriend. You will undergo pain and depression. But understand one thing. Life is a great challenge. You need to overcome so many issues. Due to one or more reasons a break up can happen. So u must grow higher and develop positive attitude in ir self. You cant feel low and have suicidal thoughts. Life has so many eventual surprises to you. Since the pain is unbearable to you, i would suggest u to go for a counselling as soon as possible. You will become happy again. Throw out your negative thoughts.
