Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.

The feelings of depressive mood you going through are indicative of some underlying mental health issue which can be caused due some personal issues . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist and with regular counseling sessions will guide you . You can practice deep breathing and meditation on a daily basis, maintain a thought journal also try and engage yourself in multiple activities .
