I find it difficult to concentrate for more than 15 minutes.I feel low ,worthless n sad all the time..This started 12-14 years back..In the beginning the issue was mild..but then i was in a toxic relationship n my condition kept getting worse..Now I am constantly looking for an escape route rather than facing the reality as I result my career ,my relation with my parents,friends n relatives have suffered. I feel my self esteem is completely nil that is why I am constantly trying to please everyone even at the cost of my happiness..I feel I will die feeling sad ..It has been 8 years since I hv enrolled in CA course..but I am still stuck in CA final for more than 3 years...I am completely going mad..Please help me..Please..I feel numb n tired all the time..even after 8-9 hours of sleep every night I wake up feeling tired ..I sleep around 11 hours..

You seem to be suffering from clinical depression but without getting more details it is impossible to reach a conclusive diagnosis..with your current symptoms and your functional impairment you should seek psychiatric consultation.

U are suffering from severe depression with anxiety disorder. U need medical attention immediately. Consult any psychiatrist or homoeopathic doctor or me and start treatment. Consult psychologist or me and take proper mental health management. Relationship problems with pcod and other diseases make ur health more worse. I know u are taking modern medicine but u can take homoeopathic treatment along with ur treatment which is very much applicable for u.

1.Accept the reality,accept ur present relationship status. 2.Some things are beyond our control but we can control our self,u have to believe in urself that u can overcome this situations. 3.Dont grab the old memories, release them from ur mind,free them ,let them go so that they wont disturb u.

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
