I had a boyfriend in college. I went to Bangalore for a competition, stayed at my ex's place, had sex with him..couldn't control my body. I told my bf and he broke up. I feel very guilty, wnt him back, keep crying day and night, cannot concentrate over anything, cannot sleep.

Hello,
I understand why you are feeling like that, but what you have to know is you did not plan this or this was not intentional. And you were honest and confessed too. So first please forgive yourself. Then deal with the rest a of the things. And your situation is too much to handle please visit a psychiatrist.
