You need to discuss your multiple bad experiences with someone you trust and you feel would genuinely care for you. Suppressing your problems will only cause more stress and I fear will cause you to lose interest and focus on things you were interested in earlier. If you feel that isn't helping either, I would suggest you consult a Psychotherapist/Counsellor who would listen to you with non-judgemental awareness and provide unconditional positive regard.
