I am able to understand ur difficulties. U seem to have symptoms of social anxiety. It makes a person lose his confidence and reduces his potential. V would need to know a few more details like ur sleep, frequency, other situations that might make u anxious etc to give appropriate suggestions. Don't worry it's not Ur fault. It occurs due to chemical changes in the brain Ur problem can be easily treated with counselling and if needed medications. U will be able to function better with it. Don't let ur problems affect ur personal or professional help. U need to consult a psychiatrist. U can also consult me online through the Practo chat option. Best wishes for speedy recovery!!

What you are experiencing might be a panic attack. Everytime you feel your hands shiver or you feel you are going to die, immediately try to label the emotion you are experiencing. For example: Fear, anxiety, sadness, etc. Once you have identified the emotion ask yourself “why am I feeling this?” Try to reach a logical answer. While you are in an introspective process, drink a whole glass of cool water sip by sip. You should feel calm after some time. Once you are ready, do a little mindfulness exercise. It will help. However, if this continues, you will have to seek professional help of a psychologist to understand the root cause of your symptoms and then undergo therapy to overcome the symptoms.
