I have suffering from behavioural and emotional problems apart from anxiety,overthinking , insomnia,negative thinking,stress,migrane,loneliness,memory power,l ow confidence etc....

Your symptoms are enough to seek psychiatric treatment.  Pls visit a psychiatric facility near you and start medications. You'll be okay.

Hi.... Stick to a sleep schedule. Keep your bedtime and wake time consistent from day to day, including on weekends.... Take steps to control stress, to increase your resilience and boost your self-esteem. Reach out to family and friends, especially in times of crisis, to help you weather rough spells. Get treatment at the earliest sign of a problem to help prevent depression from worsening. Consider getting long-term maintenance treatment to help prevent a relapse of symptoms....
