Pregnancy is a time when we are often accompanied by mood swings, negative thoughts, lack of confidence and self worth etc. owing to bodily and harmone  changes. A lady herself is strong enough and capable of having the child if she wants irrespective of presence of social support or not. You need to sort out your willingness and priorities. Please talk to a counselor who can assist you in sorting out things for you with a no judgemental outlook. Regards.
Next Steps
