Do not stop your medications without consulting a medical specialist. Seek opinion of medical specialist and then proceed accordingly. Meanwhile, start with an exercise routine if you do not have any physical constraints and remind yourself that this is just a phase and this too shall pass. Focus on the positives in life. It'll all be okay. Seek psychological consultation for proper management of your issues. Take care. Regards
