Hello, I understand that you left your job to fulfill some needs of family which did seem paramount at that time. However your wish to join work back would be totally justified. It would be wise and right to please sit down with your spouse and discuss with him your own needs and need to achieve an optimal work life balance. Both of you will then need to recalliberate the work and life requirements so as to achieve a balance. It should definitely be a mutual exercise, and se presumptive goals can be set. Most difficulties for a couple have been linked to poor communication, and I would advise that please open communication channels between the two of you for better adaptation to marital life. However if you are unable to resolve this situation, or their are other conflicts please visit a marital therapist for support and guidance.. Hope this helps you. Best wishes for your health and future. Regards. Delhi Mind Clinic
