Hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation that you are currently facing in your life. Negative stressful events can contribute to low mood , tiredness and other symptoms as well. You can try and practice deep breathing and meditation on a regular basis which will help clear the mind of negative thoughts .  Try and go for regular walks or exercises to keep your mind active and body healthy it will also help with the lethargy  and low mood. Try and talk to your close family members and friends and engage in various activities which are enjoyable in nature. It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for better understanding of your case and formulation of a treatment plan through regular psychotherapy. You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.

Hi, it's nice to see that you are concerned about the fact that you are suffering and seeking help to come out of it. Symptoms to mentioned hint towards depression though one can not confirm it without detail discussion and evaluation. Once the diagnosis is established don't worry it can be treated easily with proper counseling and medication.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist nearby or online so that thorough evaluation is done and accordingly treatment can be suggested.
Health Tips
Watch my educational video on depression by which you yourself can confirm if you are suffering from depression. Video available on my FB page - Jain Neuropsychiatry and De-addiction Clinic. All the best
