Hi Don't worry start yoga and maintain healthy lifestyle. If it has progressed to significant Depression and Ur feeling life is meaningless then start supportive therapy means talk to someone who can listen to you till you feel good. If you think nothing all are not for you take prodep 20 early morning with regular exercise.
