Depression symptoms
How do I know if I am going through depression? Are there any clinical tests available to confirm? Or the general signs should warrant me?

I understand your concern. A detailed clinical evaluation with a psychiatrist will help you infer if you have depression. Information regarding your sleep, hunger, interests, energy levels, negative thoughts and concentration at whatever you do would be useful to decide on its severity. However it is easily manageable with appropriate treatment, so that dysfunction due to the same can be reduced and your quality of life will improve. Some counselling sessions and if needed medical help might be helpful for you. I would also be more than happy to help you with that if you are looking for further online assistance. Discussions will be held confidential. You can directly consult with me through Practo as needed. Online chat consultation is available.
