I am getting small pimples on my face and it is itching... I am having this since morning... Can you please help me.... I am not able to get in touch with any doctor nearby

You probably have an allergy to some new product you have used recently. Or some procedure you have undergone like a facial. Use tablet levosiz 5mg twice a day for itching. Apply desowen lotion for 2 to 3 days. Do not continue the medicines more than this as they cause side effects and are only for temporary relief till you can visit a dermatologist.
