Doctor i have a friend called saravava, he says he feel like killing people and drinking blood. He keeps speaking to himself as though hes speaking to someone next to him. He warns people like move away from here i have a problem, i will kill you. mainly if he sees someone alone he kills them, drinks blood dr let me know the name of disease

See without having the mental status examination of the patient it's not possible to comment on the disease or illness..but yes it appears to be a problem that requires solution...There could be many reasons for such behaviour...Best approach is to take this person to a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case..You can help him or at least inform his parents about it..as a good citizen..He needs help for sure. regards
