DETOUR / Vertigo is very common in cervical spondylitis. The frequency of vertigo can be reduced by fewer neck movements and with the use of anti-vertigo medicine. Other causes(vertebrobasilar ischemia) of vertigo should also be ruled out before prescription of anti-vertigo medicine.
