Hello doctor in winter season IAM not drinking enough water because of cold climate sometime urine starting with cloudy r foamy then IAM drinking water after that urine is transpent r pale yellow it is normal

Hello , foamy urine may suggest proteinuria , keep self well hydrated and do a renal test with urine examination
