Diabetes management
I'm suffering from Type 2 Diabetes since past 15 years. Taking medicine for diabetes as per attached prescription. Not able to bring blood sugar in control.
Last checked Fasting sugar was 250 and PP was 310.
Apart from diabetes I'm also taking medicine Acitrom 1 mg for DVT Deep vein thrombosis which was diagnosed 15+ years ago in left leg.
Please suggest how to bring sugar in control.

U need a change in meds to control ur sugar along with proper diet. U can consult online
