Hi,
From the past three months I am having more sweets and chocolates as compared to before. Because of this, I have gained total of 7-8 kgs in 2 months.
My current weight is 76 n I am 5ft.10in in height.
1.Does consumption of 1-2 sweets /chocolates every day will result in
diabetes in the future or there are some other factors which will play role in diabetes?
2.Consumption of sweet everyday is okay??
-Currently I am under no medication
-Alcohol:- 2beer bottles/months
-No smoking
