Your blood sugar values are in prediabetic range. Get your HbA1c test done as it is more reliable. Are you obese ? Yes at this stage weight loss with life style modification diet and regular exercise are sufficient to control sugars. Certain medication like metformin helps to increase insulin sensitivity and promotes weight loss which can be given at this stage. But it is advisable to consult a diabetologist before starting such medication.
